What is a Cytotrophin?
Each organ in the body has its own related blood chemistry value. A Cytotrophin is a raw protein concentrate extracted from bovine or porcine organs and processed under carefully controlled conditions to preserve the biological activity of enzymes in a particular organ.
Where do the Cytotrophins come from?
Just like humans, all animals require enzymes. Therefore, concentrates from the glands and organs of young animals (whose enzymes are at the peak of activity), raised in pesticide free, healthy environments are used to improve wellness in humans. These concentrates, called Cytotrophins, are usually obtained from the organs of calves or young pigs and are rich in vitamins, minerals, hormones, and live enzymes.
About: Adrenal Cytotrophin needs to be an integral part of your daily anti-stress regimen.
The adrenal glands are more complex than you may realize. Each gland, there are two, is comprised of an outer and an inner part. The outer part of the gland is the adrenal cortex. The inner part is the adrenal medulla. The cortex and medulla produce different hormones that serve different necessary functions in the body.
The adrenal cortex produces glucocorticoids and mineralcorticoids hormones. The glucocorticoids hormones are hydrocortisone (cortisol) and corticosterone. The mineralcorticoid is aldersterone. Hydrocortisone regulates how the body converts fats, proteins, and carbohydrates to energy. It also helps regulate blood pressure and cardiovascular function. Corticosterone works with hydrocortisone to regulate immune response and suppress inflammatory reactions. Aldosterone maintains the right balance of salt and water which helps in controlling blood pressure.
The adrenal medulla is really a part of the sympathetic nervous system. The medulla produces the hormones epinephrine (adrenaline) and norepinephrine (noradrenaline) when the sympathetic nervous reacts to a physical or emotional stressful event.
Epinephrine (adrenaline) causes your heart rate to increase. This sends blood rushing to the muscles and brain. Epinephrine helps to convert glycogen to glucose in the liver which spikes your blood sugar level. Norepinephrine (noradrenaline) works with epinephrine. This hormone causes vasoconstriction resulting in high blood pressure.
Adrenal Cytotrophin combined with B-complex and Vitamin C may help the body to reduce the level of stress hormones. Keeping stress hormones stable may help to reduce blood pressure and blood sugar as well as auto-immune diseases.
